Shipping / Delivery
Rates will depend on the overall weight & the delivery location.
We do not ship to P.O. box address or multiple addresses per order.
Order status- Processing
Upon successful payment, the order status will be updated to “Processing.”.
Dispatch and delivery
For items that are in stock, we typically require 3–7 business days to prepare the order for shipment.

Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided at the time the product is dispatched.

Terms & Conditions
If the customer requests re-delivery shipment from the address to a different location, the consignee will be charged separately.
If customer
- fails to respond to the courier’s emails/ phone calls or other contact means to collect the parcel, threezero will try our best to contact the customer to collect the parcel. However, if the customer fails to reply to our emails/ phone calls or other contact means within the designated days, or
- refuses to pay the duties, taxes, and any other charges related to customs clearance; or
- refuses to collect the parcel,
which causes unsuccessful delivery, the parcel might be withheld, seized, or disposed of by courier or local Customs authorities due to heavy backlog, customer has to bear the responsibility;
If the parcel is lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise affected by third‑party actions after it has been marked as received by the carrier;
In the above circumstances (including but not limited to), Threezero fulfilled and shipped the product in accordance with the order information; consequently, the order/ transaction is deemed completed
