We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed. If you receive a defective item, please register your warranty at warranty.threezerohk.com and contact our customer service at [email protected] with details of the product, the defect, and any supporting materials (images).
Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay taxes, provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations, or parcel was refused by recipients.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable or unclaimed package, we can re-ship the order. However, the customer will be charged per parcel for the shipping fee to resend.
In the event of dispute, threezero’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
