Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be returned to us as undeliverable for various reasons, including but not limited to: an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay applicable import taxes or duties, failure to provide a copy of identification for customs clearance, or refusal of the parcel by the recipient.

Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can arrange for the order to be re-shipped. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs to resend the parcel.
